I’ve been in the Insurance Industry for 15 years. I originally worked for a long term agency and eventually I purchased the agency and have acquired several other local agencies and expanded to two locations since then. As a former police officer and now a small business owner, I like that both of my career paths have allowed me to help people with their protection needs.
I was born in Minnesota and my family moved to Olathe when I was 5 years old. I graduated from OSHS before heading to Kansas State University and I love the outdoors and seeking new adventures as it helps me clear my mind, recharge my batteries, and get closer to God. I also love taking pictures of nature during my hiking trips. When I’m not at work, you would find me in the yard at home, at soccer practice and spending time with my girls.
I currently serve as the President on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers of Kansas City as well as being a Big myself.
I have 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. I have been with Protections Solutions for 8 years now, moving from Customer Service through Sales to Agency Manager.
I grew up in Neodesha, a small town in southeast Kansas. I moved to Lawrence and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washburn in Topeka, before moving to Olathe. I really enjoy sports, being outdoors and being creative with my girls at home. When I’m not working, you can find me going for a run or at home spending time with my family and friends. One of my guilty pleasures is candy, you will always see the glass half full! I have also completed 3 marathons!
Some volunteer activities that I am passionate about are my church that I attend with my children and youth programs. I am very involved in the community and get really excited about the opportunities we have to work with local charity causes.
Customer Service Representative
I have been in the insurance industry for over 4 years now. I started in the claims department and am now handling customer service to include customer claims. My work allows me to use my experience to help customers though struggles they may have never dealt with before.
I grew up in Olathe, KS. I am a part-time student at Johnson County Community College on my way to getting a degree in business. I am an avid promoter of the arts. This includes music, theatre and all of the performing arts. In my free time you would find me at home with my family, out to dinner with friends, at the theatre or a concert as I am also a ‘closet’ pianist. I also enjoy the fantasy genre, including books like Harry Potter.
I love to get involved in anything to support the arts. This includes Theatre in the Park and the Jewish Community Center.

Voluntary Benefits Director
I’ve been in the Insurance Industry for 3 years now. I grew up in Ozark, Missouri, just south of Springfield. I went to college in Warrensburg, MO at the University of Central Missouri where I played basketball on a full athletic scholarship.
When I am not working you can find me at the gym, on a patio, or at a concert. I can talk music all day long. With the majority of my friends originating from the Kansas City area I am really looking forward to getting more involved in the Kansas City community overall.
I’ve recently become a Big Brother at BBBS of KC and couldn’t be more excited to get further into the program and my relationship with my Little.
